Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our workplace, ensuring that administrative tasks run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Office Coordination: Manage daily office operations, including handling mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and management.
- Communication Hub: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to general email inquiries, and greet visitors warmly.
- Documentation & Data Entry: Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Billing & Expense Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and coordinating with the finance department.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support or clerical role.
- Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Superb time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and adaptable, with a knack for finding quick solutions to day-to-day office challenges.
