Community Manager

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and people-oriented Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand across our digital communities and social media platforms. Your main goal will be to drive brand awareness, engage our audience, handle customer inquiries, and build a loyal, thriving community around our products/services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audience Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social channels (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.) in a timely, helpful, and brand-consistent manner.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Assist in creating engaging text, image, and video content tailored for each platform to spark conversations.
  • Community Growth: Design and execute strategies to grow our follower base and increase engagement rates.
  • Feedback Loop: Monitor community sentiment, gather user feedback, and share insights with the marketing and product teams to help improve our offerings.
  • Crisis Management: Address negative feedback or community issues gracefully and professionally, escalating them to management when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing social media platforms or online communities.
  • Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt to our brand’s unique voice and tone.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
  • Creativity: A knack for spotting digital trends and turning them into engaging community talking points.
